2. Products & Hallmarking

• Our jewelry is crafted in 925 sterling silver and, where indicated, is BIS Hallmarked.
• As many pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in finish, weight, colour, and dimensions are natural and are not considered defects.
• Product images are for representation. Actual colour may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
• In the rare event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where the item is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where an error has occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery of your order is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.
