Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
• Made-to-order or personalised pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated to you.
• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Other locations: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, remote pin codes, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
