Returns & Exchange Policy
A. Domestic Orders (India)
Return Eligibility: We offer a hassle-free return policy. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. To raise a return or exchange request, please submit your details through the Returns / Exchange section on our website.
Non-Returnable Categories: Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Silver articles (idols, coins, utensils).
- Customized products (e.g., name necklaces, personalized bands).
B. International Orders
No Returns/Exchange: We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international shipments.

Duties & Taxes: All custom duties, taxes, or import charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
C. Return Process (Domestic Only)
Request & Pick-Up: Once your return request is confirmed, we will schedule a return pick-up from your original delivery address.
Packaging: Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition with all packaging materials, including the box, cloth bags, protective pouches, invoice copy, and any free gifts received.
Receipt: At the time of return pick-up, kindly collect a receipt from the delivery agent for tracking purposes.
Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned product at our warehouse, a mandatory quality check will be conducted.
Condition: Products that are damaged, altered, or used by the customer will not be accepted.
Refund Initiation: If the product passes the quality check, the refund will be processed within 48 hours.
Exchange Availability: In case of an exchange request, if the same design is unavailable, we will initiate a refund instead.
D. Mandatory Unboxing Policy
Check Before Accepting: Customers are requested to check the package for any signs of tampering before accepting delivery. If it appears tampered with, do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
Unboxing Video: We strictly request you to always make an unboxing video while opening the parcel. In case the product is missing or received in a damaged condition, we will require the unboxing video to resolve the issue. Without this video, claims for damage or missing items may not be honored.
E. Pick-Up Terms
Timing: Return pick-ups are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
Rescheduling: If the pick-up is missed, it will automatically be rescheduled for the next business day.
One-Time Pick-Up: Return pick-up is arranged only once per order. If you need to return a product after an exchange has already been processed, you must self-ship the item to our warehouse.
F. Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-8 bank working days after the refund is initiated.
COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or direct bank transfer.
Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable in case of returns.
